It is a method where meat is cooked for a long time and at a temperature below the boiling point. It then remains juicy and full of nutrients.

About us
Krahulík is one of the most traditional producers of sausages in the Czech Republic. We started producing sausage in Krahulčí near Telč in 1928.
We have ideal conditions for producing the highest quality products: a clean environment of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, unique climatic conditions for the production of durable sausages using natural dryers, modern technology, and a traditional approach to the butchery craft passed down from generation to generation.
We supply a complete range of delicatessen products to the market. In addition to long-lasting cooked sausages, the most famous of which is Highland, fermented sausages are among the top positions.
